Jess does all things dog.
After two decades in dog sports, fostering for rescues, taking on last-chance dogs booked in for euthanasia and giving a home to pups in need, Jess has a few tools up her sleeve for training dogs.
Using reinforcement-based methods, Jess is able to turn unruly dogs into confident, committed companions without any need for pain, domination or fear.
Her own dogs are all trained to work at a distance, with any handler as required, in any environment. Whether the dog is in an agility ring, on a shoot, or on a stage with an audience of hundreds – they’re focused on the job at hand.
Honestly, it’s easy when you know how - and that’s what Spottesbarr Dogs exists for.
What do you want to train your dog to do?
Life skills, loose-lead walking, competitive agility, gundog skills, obedience or something else entirely… It’s all our thing.
Our dogs do different jobs, so the training is totally different to fit their sport or rehabilitation needs. From running contacts to a focused heel, a blind retrieve to a calm exit from the house for a walk - dogs are simple if you know how.
